Postler & Jaeckle Corp. was established in June 1964 as a mechanical contractor in Rochester, NY. Founded by two brothers, Erich and Werner Postler and their friend Bill Jaeckle. Since then, we have been growing as a reputable contracting company that provides excellent services and craftsmanship.

Our History Time Line

  • 1964: Postler & Jaeckle Corp. founded in Rochester, NY
  • 1981: Our Sheet Metal Department was established
  • 1984: Our HVAC Service Department was established
  • 1990: Our Horseheads branch office opens — serving the Southern Tier of Upstate New York
  • 2001: Our Plumbing Service Department was established
  • 2002: Our Syracuse branch office opens — serving Central New York
  • 2003: Our Albany branch office opens — serving the Capital District
  • 2005: Our Scranton and Wilkes-Barre branch offices open — serving Northern Tier Pennyslvania
  • 2007: Our Binghamton branch office opens
  • 2014: Our 50th. Anniversary this year!!
  • 2018: Erich K. Postler Jr is elected as CEO and Elisabeth Howard is elected as CFO.
  • 2019: P & J receives the MCAA/CNA Safety Excellence Award.
  • 2020: Northern Fabricators is formed
