Erich K. Postler Jr.
Chief Executive Officer
Erich K. Postler Jr., Chief Executive Officer of Postler & Jaeckle, brings over 35 years of hands-on experience and leadership to one of New York's premier mechanical contracting firms. Starting his career in the family business by digging ditches for underground plumbing during summer breaks, Erich’s journey through the ranks—from shop and field work to roles as an estimator, project manager, and vice president—has given him unparalleled expertise in plumbing, HVAC, and sheet metal. Since becoming CEO in 2018, Erich has led the company to remarkable growth, increasing its business by 65% through strategic market expansion and operational excellence.
Erich holds degrees in Mechanical Technology and Business from the Rochester Institute of Technology and Mechanical Engineering Technology from Alfred State College. A licensed plumber and HVAC professional, he also serves on multiple boards, including the Builders Exchange of Rochester, SMACNA Rochester, and the City of Rochester Plumbing Board. Beyond his professional achievements, Erich is deeply committed to his community, supporting organizations like the American Heart Association, Rochester Rotary, and St. Jude.
When he’s not driving business growth or giving back to the community, Erich enjoys spending time with his family on warm-weather vacations, attending live music events, and playing hockey. A passionate NHL fan, he’s halfway through a personal goal of visiting every arena in the league.
Elisabeth Postler Howard
Chief Financial Officer
Elisabeth Postler Howard is the Chief Financial Officer of Postler & Jaeckle, where she leads the company’s financial planning, accounting, risk management, and strategic decision-making initiatives. With a sharp focus on sustaining and growing the financial health of the business, Elisabeth is integral to driving the company’s long-term vision.
Having grown up in a family business environment, Elisabeth brings extensive expertise in finance, human resources, and organizational growth. Over the last decade, she has been instrumental in achieving a 65% increase in strategic business growth.
Before joining Postler & Jaeckle, Elisabeth owned and managed B&H Piping Systems, a New York State Certified Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE), from 2005 to 2018. During her tenure, she successfully scaled the company while maintaining a strong commitment to quality and service.
Elisabeth earned her MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2001. She serves on the MCA Rochester Board of Directors (past president), the United Association Local 13 Annuity Board, and is Vice Chair of MCAA’s National Women in the Mechanical Industry (WiMI) Committee, where she has been a member since its founding in 2019. A committed supporter of her community, she also served as Chair of the St. John’s Foundation Board until 2022.
In her free time, Elisabeth enjoys spending time with her growing family and friends, reflecting her belief in the importance of both professional and personal connections.
John C. Dineen Jr.
Executive Vice President
John C. Dineen Jr. serves as Executive Vice President at Postler & Jaeckle, where he is responsible for the company’s overall construction vision, operations, and management. A leader with decades of experience, John is instrumental in driving strategic growth, fostering business development, and guiding the organization’s long-term goals.
John began his career in the industry in 1980, gaining hands-on experience as a licensed plumber, estimator, project manager, and project executive. He joined Postler & Jaeckle in 1991 as Chief Estimator, advancing to Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 1994 and later to Vice President of Construction and Business Development in 2014. Since 2016, John has served as Executive Vice President, overseeing construction growth, creating successful joint ventures, and delivering consistent year-over-year growth.
John studied Accounting and Business at Monroe Community College and has completed numerous professional development courses through MCAA. He is a respected leader in the industry, having served as President of the MCA Rochester Chapter (2016-2020), President of the Mechanical Trades & Master Plumbers Association of Central NY (2020–2026) and as a member of the MCAA National Education Committee (2017–2022). He was elected to the MCAA National Board of Directors in 2021, and will continue to serve through 2027.
Deeply committed to his community, John has co-chaired the American Heart Association’s Heart Ball, raising over $450,000 in two years, and is an active supporter of InterVol. He has also served as a trustee for Local #13 and Local #81 Pension, Health & Welfare, and Annuity Funds.
When not at work, John enjoys spending quality time with his wife, children, and grandchildren. He is passionate about golfing, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and exploring his love of music. Whether entertaining guests, perfecting his swing, or creating memorable family traditions, John embraces life with enthusiasm, creativity, and dedication.
Joseph Camillaci
Vice President
Joe Camillaci serves as Vice President at Postler & Jaeckle, where he leads the estimating department, oversees pricing strategies, and collaborates with the leadership team to align project estimates with the company’s broader goals. As a Project Executive, Joe is responsible for managing project budgets, fostering customer relationships, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of complex initiatives. Since joining Postler & Jaeckle in 2004 as an Assistant Project Manager, Joe has steadily advanced through roles in estimating and project leadership, ultimately earning his current position in 2021.
Prior to joining Postler & Jaeckle, Joe served in the United States Navy from 1994 to 2002 as a Petty Officer Second Class, specializing as a Hull Technician and Deep Sea Diver. His Navy experience instilled in him a strong foundation in precision, discipline, and teamwork—qualities he brings to his leadership at Postler & Jaeckle. In 2007, Joe earned his Bachelor of Science in Organization Management from Roberts Wesleyan College. Among his professional achievements, Joe streamlined processes within the estimating department, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency, while leading one of the industry’s most experienced and dedicated teams.
Outside of work, Joe has participated in the ACE Mentoring Program, supporting the next generation of professionals in architecture, construction, and engineering. He enjoys traveling with his wife, spending time with his three grown children, boating, and taking on activities that are both physically and mentally challenging.
Jesse Gorman
Vice President
Jesse Gorman is Vice President of Postler & Jaeckle, where he oversees operations at the company’s Albany office and plays a critical role in advancing drafting and fabrication efforts across the organization. With a strong foundation in project execution and operational leadership, Jesse ensures that Postler & Jaeckle delivers excellence across all facets of its business.
Jesse’s career with Postler & Jaeckle began in 2011 as a Project Manager, where he successfully led major projects, including work on semiconductor facilities and a significant yogurt facility expansion. He then served as Operations Manager from 2014 to 2024, during which he expanded the company’s fabrication capabilities and implemented a digital workflow using cloud-based solutions, significantly enhancing productivity. As a result of his commitment to excellence, leadership, and expertise, Jesse was promoted to Vice President in 2024.
Jesse is a proud member of the United Association of Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 7 and holds leadership positions in several industry organizations. He currently serves as Vice President of the Mechanical Contractors Association of the Capital District, Co-Chairman of Local 7’s Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee, and Technical Representative for the National Certified Pipe Welding Bureau Chapter 15. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for NESCA.
Jesse’s expertise has been featured in publications like MCAA Smart Solutions, highlighting his innovative approach to manufacturing and installation processes. Outside of work, he enjoys riding and racing motorcycles—both on-road and off—and is an avid skier.
Glenn Knapp
Vice President
Glenn Knapp is Vice President of Postler & Jaeckle, overseeing operations at the Southern Tier office. His responsibilities include managing project manager, field, office, and shop personnel, maintaining Southern Tier assets and real estate, and directly managing multiple projects. Glenn’s dedication ensures efficient operations and successful project execution across the region.
With over three decades at Postler & Jaeckle, Glen has held various roles, including Project Manager and Vice President, where his expertise spans design-build projects, customer relations, and estimating. Before joining the company in 1991, Glenn served as Shop Manager at Ken Bruielly Plumbing. His career includes managing projects of all sizes, from large industrial developments to state and local initiatives.
Glenn is a graduate of Campbell, and holds licenses as a plumber in Elmira and Ithaca. He is certified by the American Welding Society and OSHA (10- and 30-hour certifications) and in 2023, received the Patriotic Employer recognition from the Office of the Secretary of Defense as well as a Safety Recognition Award.
A member of the Chamber of Commerce and a former Local 81 Apprentice interviewer, Glenn is committed to supporting his community. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, hunting, fishing, camping, spending time at his home in Florida, and cherishing moments with his family.
Dave Laudisi
Vice President
Dave Laudisi serves as Vice President of Construction for Postler & Jaeckle’s Rochester operations. In this role, he oversees construction piping personnel, field supervision, and the Fabrication Shop. He also co-manages the Rochester Construction Project Management team and serves as Project Executive on key projects, including the University of Rochester Bed Tower Project in partnership with Danforth Mauro Postler.
Dave’s tenure at Postler & Jaeckle began in 1991 in the estimating group. He advanced into Project Management, initially focusing on controls and special projects before moving into the Construction Group. In 2016, Dave was promoted to Vice President, leveraging his extensive experience in project management and field supervision support to lead large-scale initiatives.
Throughout his career, Dave has managed and executed several high-profile projects, including the Cornell Life Science Technology Project (2006–2008), the Rochester General Hospital Chiller and Boiler Plant Infrastructure Upgrades (2016), and the Rochester General Hospital Bed Tower Expansion (2018–2021).
Dave earned an Associate of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY Alfred in 1991 and has served as a Local 13 JATC Board Member since 2010. A passionate outdoorsman, Dave enjoys hunting, spending time at camp, and relaxing on the porch with a glass of whiskey alongside his wife of 30 years Cherieann, and two sons Daniel and Nicholas.
John Patterson
Vice President
John Patterson serves as Vice President of Construction at Postler & Jaeckle, where he oversees the company’s Design Build and CAD departments, as well as the Wegmans Group and sheet metal operations. Beginning his career in 1986 with a pre-apprenticeship through the Local 46 Sheet Metal Workers Union, John earned his Journeyman status in 1991 and joined Postler & Jaeckle shortly thereafter. Over the decades, he has built a distinguished career, transitioning to his leadership role in 2016. Among his many accomplishments, John has played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s sheet metal operations through Northern Fabricator, modernizing its state-of-the-art sheet metal shop, and enhancing field supervision to improve efficiency and quality.
A dedicated mentor, John actively supports the development of journeypersons and apprentices, fostering the next generation of skilled professionals. His industry contributions also include representing SMART apprentices at regional and national competitions and serving as Chairman of the Local 46 Health Fund for Contractors and as Contractor Trustee for the Local 46 Pension Fund.
When he’s not managing large-scale construction projects, John can be found actively participating in Sons of the American Legion, Spencerport chapter, drag racing, building and restoring classic cars, golfing, and spending quality time with family and friends.
George Woons
Vice President
George Woons is Vice President of Service at Postler & Jaeckle, where he holds overall responsibility for six branches and eight divisions across New York State and Northeastern Pennsylvania. With a keen focus on operational excellence and profitability, George has been instrumental in driving growth and expanding the company’s service footprint.
George began his career with Postler & Jaeckle in 1991 as a door-knocking service sales representative. Over the years, his dedication and results-driven approach earned him successive promotions—to Sales Manager in the mid-1990s, General Manager of the Rochester and Wilkes-Barre, PA offices in the early 2000s, and Vice President of Service in 2016. Throughout George’s tenure on the service team, service revenue grew from hundreds of thousands of dollars to a multi-million dollar business unit. Under his leadership since 2016, service sales have grown 46%—proof of George’s commitment to excellence, solving client problems the right way, right away, and sustainable business growth.
George holds a Bachelor of Arts from Albion College, with majors in Economics, Management, and Psychology, and a concentration in English. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, relaxing by the lake, and diving into a good book.
